Javert TLK style

Lastly, is Javert! My favorite character in all of Les Mis <3

I used Scar as a basis because they are both aloof, driven and passionate about their chosen pursuit in life. Can't anyone else besides me see Scar saying 'I am the Law and the Law is not mocked!' after he becomes king? XD

I used muted colors on him because I couldn't very well used the blue of the police uniform, but the fluffy cheeks represent Javert's oh-so-famous sideburns, and he is the antagonist in Les Mis just as Scar is in TLK. It's perfect!
